Thanks to the wonderful feedback many of you shared in our recent Member Survey, we're making our Member Rewards simpler and even more rewarding from 1 September.

How Member Rewards Work

Earning rewards is simple.

1. Join for free
Your first purchase online will automatically create an account for you. Otherwise, sign up here or ask our team to sign you up in store.

2. Earn Reward Points
Receive 1 Reward Point for every $1 you spend on eligible purchases.

3. Redeem your Member Reward
Once you've earned enough Reward Points, redeem your available Member Reward to use on your next purchase.

4. Continue enjoying the benefits
The more you shop, the more Reward Points you'll earn, and the more Member benefits you'll enjoy throughout the year.

Spend $250 to earn 250 reward points and get a $10 reward

$15 reward - 350 Points To Unlock
Spend $350 to earn 350 reward points and get a $15 reward

Silver Customers (annual spend $800 - $2499)
Receive the $10 & $15 awards above, and:

$20 reward – 500 Points To Unlock
Spend $500 to earn 500 reward points and get a $20 reward

Gold Customers (annual spend over $2500)
Receive the $10 & $15 awards above, and:

$30 reward – 500 Points To Unlock
Spend $500 to earn 500 reward points and get a $30 reward

How to Redeem Your Reward

Online:

  1. Sign in to your account using the email address linked to your Membership.
  2. Once you've signed in, you'll be taken to your Account page.
  3. Click The House of Shoes logo to return to the website.
  4. Click the pink "Earn Rewards" button in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.
  5. If you've earned enough Reward Points, you'll be able to redeem your highest available Member Reward.
  6. Once you've redeemed your Reward, we'll email you a unique Reward Code.
  7. Enter your Reward Code at checkout to apply your discount.
  8. Your Member Reward will remain valid for 50 days, so we recommend redeeming it only when you're ready to make a purchase.

Please note: Only one Member Reward can be used per order. If you've redeemed multiple Rewards, they can be used on future purchases before they expire.

In store: No action required. Our staff will check and be able to redeem it for you at checkout.

Membership is free. Simply create a customer account online or ask our team to sign you up in store and you'll automatically become a Member of The House of Shoes Rewards Program.

Member Offers are communicated via email only. Members must be subscribed to The House of Shoes newsletter, and opt-in for marketing to receive these special offers.

Not receiving our emails? Sign up via the black "SIGN UP" button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

You'll earn 1 Reward Point for every $1 you spend in store or online (excluding shipping).You'll receive an email after each eligible purchase with your updated Reward Points balance.

Online:

  1. Sign in to your account using the email address linked to your Membership.

Reward Points are not refunded. If you return an item purchased using a Member Reward:

  • the Member Reward used on the purchase won't be reissued
  • any Reward Points earned from that purchase will be removed from your Reward Points balance.

We've listened to your feedback and made our Member Rewards simpler and even more rewarding.

From 1 September:

  • Bronze: 500 Reward Points = $20 Member Reward
  • Silver: 500 Reward Points = $25 Member Reward
  • Gold: 500 Reward Points = $30 Member Reward

If you currently have a $10 or $15 Member Reward, it can be redeemed until 31 August.

Your Reward Points won't disappear, they'll continue accumulating towards your next Member Reward under the new program.

Terms & Conditions

  • The House of Shoes Rewards Program is free to join.
  • Member Offers are communicated via email only. Members must be subscribed to The House of Shoes newsletter, and opt-in for marketing to receive these special offers.
  • Reward Points are earned at the rate of 1 Reward Point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases (excluding shipping).
  • Reward Points remain active provided you make a purchase at least once every 365 days.
  • Only one Member Reward may be used per transaction.
  • Once redeemed, a Member Reward is valid for 50 days.
  • Member Rewards are single use only and any unused balance cannot be carried forward to another purchase.
  • Reward Points and Member Rewards are not redeemable for cash.
  • If an item purchased using a Member Reward is returned, the Member Reward used will not be reissued and any Reward Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
  • The House of Shoes reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Rewards Program, Member benefits or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
