Promotion period: This offer is valid on Friday 28 November 2025 and Saturday 29 November 2025 only, or until all Golden Envelopes have been issued, whichever occurs first. The promotion is available in store and online at The House of Shoes.
Eligibility: To qualify, customers must make a single purchase of $300 or more online or in store at The House of Shoes during the promotion period. Laybys, gift card purchases, and exchanges do not qualify. Eligibility is determined per transaction; split payments across multiple transactions will not be combined.
Gift details: Each qualifying transaction will receive one (1) sealed Golden Envelope, containing either a $50 or $100 voucher. Every Golden Envelope includes a winning voucher, and values are pre-sealed and distributed at the time of sale. One Golden Envelope is issued per qualifying transaction. Once the allocated envelopes are exhausted, the promotion will conclude.
Delivery of gift: Eligible online orders will have a Golden Envelope included with their shipment. In-store customers will receive their Golden Envelope at the time of purchase, subject to availability.
Voucher validity: The voucher inside each Golden Envelope issued in store is valid for in-store use only. The voucher inside each Golden Envelope issued online is valid for online or in-store use. Vouchers are valid until 30 May 2026 and must be presented at the time of redemption. Each voucher can be used once only and any unused balance will be forfeited.
Returns: If items from a qualifying transaction are returned and the revised purchase total falls below $300, the Golden Envelope and voucher must also be returned. If the voucher has been used or is not returned, the voucher value ($50 or $100) will be deducted from the refund amount.
General conditions:
- Vouchers inside Golden Envelopes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or store credit.
- Golden Envelopes are issued while stocks last and may be withdrawn or varied at any time without notice.
- Lost or misplaced envelopes or vouchers cannot be replaced.

Promotion period: This offer runs from Monday, 13 October 2025, until the first 25 qualifying orders have been completed, or until stock of the promotional gift is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
Eligibility: To qualify, customers must purchase any full-price ECCO brand footwear product online or in-store at The House of Shoes. Only full-price ECCO items are eligible. Laybys, gift card purchases, and order exchanges do not qualify for entry.
Gift details: Each qualifying order will receive one (1) lightweight travel towel, valued at $69.95, as a complimentary gift with purchase. The towel is sand-resistant, quick-dry, and compact, ideal for travel. This offer is limited to 25 gifts total and one gift per order. Once the allocated gifts are exhausted, the promotion will automatically conclude.
Delivery of gift: Eligible orders placed online will have the travel towel automatically added to their cart and shipped together with the ECCO purchase. In-store purchases will receive the gift at the time of purchase, subject to availability.
Returns: If any ECCO product purchased as part of this promotion is returned for refund, the complimentary gift must also be returned in its original condition. If the gift is not returned, the towel’s retail value ($69.95) will be deducted from the refund amount.
