The new collection of Hispanitas is arriving this week and Members get to shop it first, before general release.
Designed to make getting dressed easy, this season's collection brings together beautifully wearable colour, elevated details and the comfort Hispanitas is known for.
And there are a few pairs you won't find anywhere else.
Selected styles and colour combinations are exclusive to The House of Shoes, making us the only place in Australia you'll find them.
Secure your preferred style, colour and size before the collection is released to everyone else.

For selected styles, we may be able to secure additional stock. If your size becomes available again, you'll be the first to know.
Shop Your Way
Pre-order online and pay in full, or visit us in store and secure your pair with a $100 deposit, with the balance payable when your shoes arrive.
Either way, your chosen pair will be reserved for you and removed from available stock.
And if the fit or style isn't quite right once you've tried them? Your usual return options apply. In-store deposits are refundable if the shoes aren't right for you, provided the shoes meet the conditions of our usual Returns Policy.

Whether you pre-order online and pay in full or secure your pair in store with a $100 deposit, your usual return options apply.
Once your Hispanitas arrive, you can try them on and make sure the fit and style are right for you.
If they're not quite right, they can be returned for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions of our usual Returns Policy. For in-store pre-orders, this includes a refund of your $100 deposit.
Pre-ordering simply secures your pair before general release — it doesn't change your usual return options with us.
Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item(s) as per our Returns Policy.
For pre-orders secured in store or over the phone with a $100 deposit, we'll hold your pair for 7 days from when we let you know it has arrived.
Simply visit us in store within those 7 days to try your shoes and pay the remaining balance.
If you need a little longer, please get in touch with us before the 7 days are up.
Visit us in store or give us a call during Member First Access. A $100 deposit will secure your chosen style, colour and size, and we'll remove that pair from available stock. You'll pay the remaining balance when your shoes arrive.

Our new Hispanitas collection is expected to arrive this week.
As soon as it lands, we'll begin dispatching online pre-orders and contact our in-store pre-order customers to let them know their shoes are ready to try on and collect.
If your online order hasn't been dispatched, simply place your additional order online and contact us with both order numbers.
Where possible, we'll send them together and refund any additional shipping charge you've paid.
Orders can only be combined prior to dispatch and where they are being sent to the same address.
Buy Hispanitas, Win Them Back

Purchase or pre-order a full-price pair from our new collection between 18 August and 13 September and you'll automatically go into the draw to win your pair back.
One lucky customer will have the purchase price of one eligible pair refunded in full.
