Sharon is our Customer Service Specialist at The House of Shoes. You can find her in store on Thursdays. Her first purchase from the New Collection was a pair of Hispanitas boots.
Which new season styles have you bought?
My first purchase of the season was the Hispanitas Everest Lace boot in forest. I was looking for a comfortable, smart-casual boot that I could wear all day while on my feet, and this military style ankle boot ticked all the boxes.
My second purchase was the Wonders A-3610 in taupe and bronze. I purchased a similar pair of Wonders a few years ago and absolutely loved them! When this new style arrived, I had to have them. I really like the combination leather and material, with the animal print design on the heel. It's a lightweight and comfortable style for all-day wear. This colour combination has since sold out, but the white is just as good!
I wonder what my next purchase will be?
We have some lovely new accessories for the season. Which is your favourite?
The Hispanitas Chain Shoulder bag in Acero is my favourite accessory this season. It can be worn across the body or just over the shoulder. The colour is great and versatile, and I love the chain strap. This bag could also be used as an evening clutch with the strap removed.
What’s your favourite thing about Autumn/ Winter time?
Autumn is such a beautiful time here in Tasmania. I love the crisp mornings and warm days with clear blue skies and the change of colour in the leaves.
I love winter fashion, leather boots and shoes worn with coats and jackets, and who doesn’t love keeping warm and cosy by the fire?
