Customer Service Announcement: Accounts & Rewards

Welcome! We're so excited to launch our new website. This refresh brings with it a more intuitive customer experience, added search and product filtering functions, and express checkout facilities.

Are you having trouble accessing your account?

Whilst most things have synced across seamlessly, your account password is encrypted and therefore couldn't be copied across to our new system. Rest assured, your information and rewards are still with us, but we ask that you create a new account with the same email in order for our system to then match your 'new' account with your existing account (and Rewards).

After creating your account

You will be able to view your Rewards balance and past orders (online only). To view or login to your account with us, either click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner, or the 'Check Rewards' button in bottom left-hand corner of your screen.

Redeeming Rewards

Redeeming your rewards online with us is a little different too. When you qualify for a Reward, click on 'Check Rewards' in the bottom left-hand corner, 'View' or 'Redeem' the Reward available, then 'Apply to Cart'. Your Reward will automatically apply once you begin the Checkout process.

 

Still having trouble?

Please note, we're unable to create accounts on behalf of customers due to privacy reasons (we never ask for your password). But, we can send a simple 'activate your account' link if you find you're having trouble. Simply Contact Us and send us your request.
