FAQs
How do I join The House of Shoes Rewards Program?
Simply create a customer account with The House of Shoes and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget 'Check Rewards' on the bottom of your screen.
I have an account with The House of Shoes, but when I go to login I get a notice that my email is not recognised. What should I do?
This is because in August 2022 we updated our website, and personal account data (i.e. passwords) was not transferred across. Your Rewards are still active, but to access them we ask that you create a new account. Go to Sign in, and create a new account using the same email address as your previous account. Once your account has been created and you're logged in, you will then be able to access your Rewards online and see your previous purchases.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online or in-store*. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile,referring friends. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.

How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on our website (bottom left hand corner of your screen). Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.
How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it on your next purchase. Click on 'Check Rewards' and redeem your chosen reward. Click to apply the reward to your cart, and your cart will be updated with the reward discount once you commence the check out process.
Note, you can only redeem one reward per order. Or if you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter.
Terms and Conditions
The House of Shoes reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards at any time.
Rewards can only be redeemed once.
If you redeem your rewards online for a purchase less than the full value of the rewards, the balance of the reward is not redeemable on another purchase.
If you return any of the items purchased with a reward, the reward discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit.
In the event you used a reward on an item, and later returned the item, your rewards/points are not returned to you.
